Digital Content Licence

The licence

NOVA UD grants the customer a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the digital content associated with an activated licence for the duration stated with that licence.

Access is provided through the NOVA UD Library website and web reader. The licence is associated with your NOVA UD Library account, not with a specific device or hardware identifier.

Scope and duration

The licence is limited to the ebook(s) associated with the activated key, for the duration disclosed with that key (for example 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or Lifetime). Access begins when the key is activated on your account.

Ownership remains with the owner

The licence grants access rights only. Ownership and intellectual-property rights in the ebook text, graphics, cover artwork and associated materials remain with their respective owner. No copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property right is transferred by the licence.

Restrictions

Subject to applicable law, the licence does not permit you to:

• resell, transfer or share the access key or licence
• distribute, reproduce or publicly upload substantial parts of the content
• bypass technical access controls or scrape the protected library
• use the content for commercial redistribution without permission

Nothing in this licence excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
