Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Because NOVA UD provides licensed access to digital content that can begin immediately, purchases are generally final once digital access has started, where applicable law allows this and where any required acknowledgement or consent has been obtained.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Change-of-mind refunds

We do not provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wishes to use the content, does not use the full licence period, forgets to use the purchased access, or decides after activation that the ebook is not for them — except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Support-first correction

If you experience an activation, account-access or technical issue, please contact support. Our first priority is to investigate the issue and restore or correct the access that was purchased.

Where appropriate, before any other remedy is considered, we may:

• correct the entitlement or licence duration
• restore account access
• replace or repair an invalid activation
• attach the correct ebook
• help you sign in to the correct account

Unused time

Once an activated time-limited licence has started, failure to use all or part of the available access period does not by itself entitle the customer to a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise. For example, activating a 7-day licence but reading for only two days does not extend or refund the remaining period.

Purchased or activated the wrong product

If you believe you purchased or activated the wrong product, contact support as soon as possible. We will review the circumstances and available options. We do not guarantee that keys will be transferred between products.

Expiry is normal

The expiry of a time-limited licence on the date disclosed with the product does not itself constitute a defect. Expired content remains listed in your library (marked “Access Expired”) with a renew option, but cannot be opened until a valid new licence is applied.

Mandatory rights preserved

Nothing in these Terms, this Refund & Cancellation Policy or the Digital Content Licence excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
