01 · About NOVA UD

NOVA UD (short for Unlock Development) operates a digital library of ebooks for business, growth, mindset and personal development. The NOVA UD Library website provides accounts, key redemption, personal libraries and a web reader. Purchases of access keys take place separately through the official NOVA UD SellAuth storefront.

These Terms apply to customers worldwide. Depending on your country or region, you may have mandatory consumer, privacy or digital-content rights that cannot legally be waived or limited by contract. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that applicable law requires us to provide.

02 · Eligibility

You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have verifiable parental consent) to create an account and purchase access. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

03 · Accounts

A NOVA UD Library account is required to redeem access keys and read ebooks. Your account is separate from any SellAuth store account — purchasing on SellAuth does not automatically create or populate a NOVA UD Library account. After purchase, redeem your access key on your NOVA UD Library account to activate the licensed ebook.

04 · Account security

Account credentials are intended for the account holder and should be kept confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sharing credentials for the purpose of circumventing licence restrictions may result in protective action against the account.

05 · Digital-content licences

NOVA UD grants the customer a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the digital content associated with an activated licence for the duration stated with that licence. The licence grants access rights only; ownership and intellectual-property rights in the ebook and associated materials remain with their respective owner.

06 · Licence duration

Access may be time-limited (for example one week, one month or three months) or lifetime, depending on the licence purchased. The applicable duration and expiry are shown during activation and in your library. Lifetime only applies where the licence purchased is lifetime.

07 · Key activation

After purchase, you receive an access key. Sign in to your NOVA UD Library account and redeem the key. The ebook is then added to your library for the licence duration. Each key is intended for a single redemption.

08 · Single redemption and account association

Access keys are single-redemption and become associated with the NOVA UD account used during activation. A key may not be resold, transferred or shared for multiple redemptions. Once a key is activated on an account, it cannot be activated on another account.

09 · Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the official SellAuth storefront. Payment processing, order confirmation and delivery of access keys are handled by SellAuth. NOVA UD Library does not collect or store payment card details.

10 · Immediate digital access

Digital content access can begin immediately after activation. Where applicable law requires it and where NOVA UD controls the point of access, you will be asked to expressly acknowledge that access may begin immediately before activation. This acknowledgement is stored with your account, the licence and a timestamp.

11 · Withdrawal / cancellation rights

Where a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right would otherwise apply to digital content, that right may be lost once digital access has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law and where the required acknowledgement has been obtained. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for detail.

12 · Refund policy

Refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary, change-of-mind refunds are generally not provided after digital access has begun, while genuine technical or access problems are addressed on a support-first basis. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

14 · Renewal and expiry

The expiry of a time-limited licence on the date disclosed with the product is normal and does not itself constitute a defect. An expired ebook remains listed in your library with its status shown, but it cannot be opened until a valid new licence is applied. You may redeem a new licence for the same ebook on the same account; your reading progress, bookmarks and notes are preserved.

15 · Acceptable use

Subject to applicable law, you may not:

• resell licence keys or access
• distribute copies of ebooks or upload protected content publicly
• share keys for multiple activation
• bypass technical access controls or scrape the protected library
• commercially reproduce substantial content without permission
• use another person's account to circumvent licence restrictions

16 · Intellectual property

Ebook text, graphics, cover artwork, NOVA UD branding and site design may be protected by copyright, trademark or other rights. A licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

17 · Content availability

We aim to keep the full library available. Individual titles may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, licensing or technical circumstances. If an unavailable title affects your active access, contact support.

18 · Service maintenance

We aim to keep NOVA UD Library available and reliable. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, security work or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If an outage affects paid access, support will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

19 · Non-conforming digital content

If content does not conform to its description or a technical issue prevents access, contact support. Our first priority is to correct or restore the access you purchased.

20 · Account suspension

We may suspend or restrict an account where these Terms are breached, where fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected, or where legally required. Where practical we will notify you of the reason.

21 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVA UD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

22 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of NOVA UD and the transaction, without prejudice to mandatory protections of the customer's country of residence that cannot be excluded.

23 · Mandatory local consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms, the Refund Policy or the Digital Content Licence excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

24 · Complaints

For complaints, contact support. You may also have the right to raise a dispute with a competent consumer-protection authority or dispute-resolution body in your jurisdiction.
